Friends Creek Conservation Area – Pitch a tent or park your camper at Macon County’s only public campground, surrounded by quiet trails and shaded groves.
Sand Creek Conservation Area – Saddle up! Our equestrian trails are perfect for horseback riders looking to explore the backwoods beauty of the county.
Griswold Conservation Area – Hike to one of Macon County’s highest natural points and explore a glacial kame that’s as stunning as it is historic.
